Since 2013, Joseph Wang has excelled as the principal owner of Joseph Wang Investments LLC, a company through which he guides clients to expand their wealth by investing in commercial and residential real estate. In this role, he routinely visits classic car dealerships, auctions, and websites to find the best and right deals for those he’s helping. Guided by his inner desire to achieve his goals, Mr. Wang has further been inspired by several mentors and advisers of his, all of whom are well-versed in business and have been helpful in shaping his vision.
Mr. Wang, originally from Taiwan, immigrated to the United States as a child and earned a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and management from Arkansas Tech University in 1987. Before starting his company, he had been in the hospitality management industry for more than 25 years and was working as a manager with Hilton Hotels & Resorts—a role he held up until 2023. Amid his appointment, he developed an interest in entering the investment side of the business, namely the connection between the location of new hotels and the surrounding real estate market. He consulted with an old friend of his, a self-made billionaire who owns real estate and stocks, who encouraged his idea of forming a corporation and suggested he start it as a limited liability company.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Wang aspires to continue building his stature as a renowned figure in his industry and connect with such esteemed financial professionals as Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Steve Schwarzman, and Jonathan Gray.
